As part of our global Smart Shore strategy and extension of the
Berlin site, Stream Szczecin strengthens our position in the German
and Eastern European market with a valuable nearshore solution.
Szczecin's proximity to Germany allows Stream to broaden its
service solutions for the German market, while providing the
flexibility to keep pace with the growing Eastern European
markets.
City demographics include five universities and a population
exceeding 450,000. From this pool, Stream maintains a list of
qualified candidates to implement new business and address
fluctuating contact volume within existing accounts.
Szczecin provides customer service and technical support as an
extension of Stream's Berlin facility.
