Located in East Texas, Jacksonville offers a large, well-trained
labor force of approximately 21,000 people. With a 23 percent
Hispanic population, Stream Jacksonville is able to draw upon a
large pool of bilingual candidates.
Established in 2008, Stream's Jacksonville service center
is the largest contact center employer and the seventh-largest
employer in the city. The center provides sales and customer care
support to Fortune 500 companies. Stream works closely with local
education and labor agencies, including two private junior colleges
to recruit, hire and train a highly skilled and bilingual
workforce.
