Established in 2004, Stream's New Mexico service center is the
fourth largest employer in the Rio Rancho area. The center
currently provides inbound wireless warranty support,
inbound/outbound wireless sales and outbound bundles sales for a
Fortune 500 telecommunications provider.
Stream selected Rio Rancho because it offered a bilingual
workforce, state-based grants for skills training and the
accessibility of universities, colleges and technical schools for a
well-educated talent pool.
